Companies are required to complete an online application form and submit supporting documentation to the Home Office to obtain a Sponsorship Licence. We can prepare the application on your behalf and help you collate and submit the evidence. Typically, companies will need to pay a lawyer to do this for them. Instead, we partner with a law firm to ensure your application receives the appropriate sign off, but do most of the work ourselves to keep costs to a minimum.
Once you have your Sponsorship Licence, we act as ‘Level 1 Users’ within your Home Office account to assign Certificates of Sponsorship to sponsored workers joining your team, whether they are already in the UK or still overseas. We’ll then support the workers through their application process and ensure appropriate Right to Work checks are completed on their new visas to protect the business.
We can also help you maintain your licence, extend workers’ visas, submit mandatory reports to the Home Office on your behalf and support with Home Office audits.
